Hello. I’m Hilary. I’m a creative learning strategist, designer and producer (plus a few other things too*)
*I wear lots of hats, and can juggle lots of plates. I’m also a graphic designer, a project manager, a facilitator, a mum of two small humans and a not-so-small cat, a country-side-dweller and an Eastenders junkie.
I love a new strategic challenge, using creativity and design thinking to solve complex problems, but I also like getting stuck in to bring these projects to life and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. You can see how some of this has come to life by downloading my CV or checking out some of the projects I have worked on.

“I’ve never worked with someone who does so many things so well. Hilary gets shit done, right then and there, she does not play.”
Ash Level, D&AD Shift Community Manager
“It's impossible to overstate the impact Hilary had over 8 years with D&AD. She's taken so many half baked ideas and turned them into incredible programmes that have had a huge influence on so many people. She has revolutionised the learning content that we provide both in person and online.”
