D&AD New Blood Academy with WPP

The D&AD New Blood Academy is an intensive online training programme fuelling the trajectory of hot new talent into the creative industry, in the space of just two weeks.

I was responsible for managing the New Blood Academy programme from 2018 - 2022. This included the learning design, strategic vision, facilitation, project management and programming.

Highlights included:

  • Designing and delivering multiple different models of delivery, including a 4-week-long Academy programme

  • Over 250 emerging creatives completing the programme

  • Collaborating with headline partners (WPP) and their agencies to design of-the-moment training

  • Flipping to online delivery during the Covid pandemic

  • Creating learning resources including podcasts and interactive guides from the content delivered during the programme

Looking back at my ad journey, I feel extremely grateful for all the opportunities I received.
